Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age required to use the platform in your location and capable of entering into these terms.

Twin Flame is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the service on behalf of anyone else without permission.

2. Accounts

To use Twin Flame, you must create an account with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least the age required to use the platform in your location and capable of entering into these terms. You agree to provide truthful information and to update it if it changes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that create risk to other members or the platform.

3. Profiles

Your profile must represent you. Photos should be recent and of you alone, and your written answers should be your own.

4. Connections

Ignites, matches and messages are between members. Treat other people with respect and assume good faith.

5. Vault & Key System

The Vault is a private space designed for you to store personal reflections, messages, and other content. It is protected by your unique key. You are solely responsible for your key and for maintaining access to your Vault. We do not have access to your Vault content.

If you lose your key, you may not be able to recover your Vault data. We are not responsible for lost access resulting from forgotten keys, device changes, or account issues. You agree not to share your key with others and to keep your Vault content within the guidelines set out in these terms.

6. Subscriptions

Spark is free. Flame and Twin Flame are paid tiers billed monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled.

7. Safety

Report anything that makes you uncomfortable. Reports reach a moderator, and we may warn, suspend or remove accounts.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end access where these terms are broken.
